There will be a bus transfer between hotels and OAC every day morning and evening.
Tuesday 24 August 2021:
- The bus will start from the more far away hotels at 7:30 and pick up people in every hotel and finally coming to OAC. Probably will arrive in Kolymbari around 7:45 and in OAC around 7:50.
- There will be a bus from OAC to all hotels the evening departing from OAC at 19:15 and one at 20:15.
Wednesday 25 August, Thursday 26 August 2021:
- The bus will start from the more far away hotels at 8:10 and pick up people in every hotel and finally will be arriving to OAC at 8:20.
- There will be a bus from OAC to all hotels the evening departing from OAC at 19:15 and one at 20:15.
Friday 27 August 2021:
- The bus will start from the more far away hotels at 8:10 and pick up people in every hotel and finally will be arriving to OAC at 8:20.
- There will be a bus from OAC to all hotels the evening departing from OAC at 13:40.
- There will be excursion to Chania the afternoon departing from OAC which will pick up participants from their hotels and OAC and bring them back in the late evening.
Monday 30 August 2021:
- The bus will start from the more far away hotels at 8:10 and pick up people in every hotel and finally will be arriving to OAC at 8:20.
- There will be a bus from all hotels to OAC at 18:40 arriving in OAC at 18:50 for the public talks and the conference dinner.
- There will be a bus from OAC to all hotels the evening departing from OAC at 23:00.
Tuesday 31 August 2021:
- The bus will start from the more far away hotels at 8:10 and pick up people in every hotel and finally will be arriving to OAC at 8:20.
- There will be a bus from OAC to all hotels the evening departing from OAC at 20:15.
Wednesday 1 September 2021:
- The bus will start from the more far away hotels at 8:10 and pick up people in every hotel and finally will be arriving to OAC at 8:20.
- There will be a bus starting at 18:40 from the hotels to come to OAC, arriving at OAC at 18:50 ,for participants and accompanying persons that would like to go to the Gonia monastery visit at 19:00-20:00.
- There will be a bus from OAC to all hotels the evening departing from OAC at 20:15 and one at 21:30 for those that would like to have dinner in OAC and one at 22:30 for those that would like to join the karaoke (singing together) planned after dinner.
Thursday 2 September 2021:
- The bus will start from the more far away hotels at 8:10 and pick up people in every hotel and finally will be arriving to OAC at 8:20.
- There will be a bus from OAC to all hotels the evening departing from OAC at 19:30 and one at 21:30 for those that would like to have dinner in OAC.
For transfer to airport of Chania the 3 September, a separate item will appear soon in the menu.

The bus usually waits a little for people in a place nearby the hotel, not always exactly outside the hotel.
