Description
In short, the goal of the "PBC technology" working group is to strengthen the connection of CERN technology with experiments at and outside CERN that are not relying on colliders (sometimes not even on accelerators). For more details, see e.g. the WG report from the previous PBC mandate: https://cds.cern.ch/record/2652165?ln=en

For the new mandate we want to launch a workshop series which should focus on the exchange of physicists that seek to interface with CERN expertise in advanced technology, with the relevant technical departments at CERN.

As a first topic within this series, we have selected superconducting RF structures which have an application in accelerators but also, for example, axion physics.
The workshop will leave ample of time for discussions and the talks should be aimed at a mixed audience of physicists, engineers and technicians.

The workshop will be held fully online.
Thus, at the moment travel arrangements for outside attendees will not be needed
