Description

We are glad to announce the third mini-workshop taking place in the framework of the Technology Working Group of the Physics Beyond Colliders study at CERN (https://pbc.web.cern.ch/).

The goal of the "PBC technology" working group is to strengthen the connection of CERN technology with experiments at and outside CERN that are not relying on colliders (sometimes not even on accelerators).
With this workshop series we aim at promoting the exchange of information between physicists that seek to interface with CERN expertise in technology, and the relevant experts in the CERN technical departments.

As a third topic in this series we have selected vacuum, coating and surface technologies that have an application in accelerators but also, for example, in particle and atomic physics and dark matter searches. The workshop format will leave time for discussions and the talks will be aimed at a mixed audience of physicists and engineers.

The workshop will be held online.
