Time zone
During the conference we will be in CET time zone. The timetable is designed in this time zone. However, if you are located in a different time zone (e.g., at home) it can affect information in your personal Indico pocket (e.g., My Contributions).
Public transport free tickets
Upon registration at the venue, every registered participant and registered accopanying person will receive a free ticket for public transport, thanks to the support of the Office of the President of Kraków. The tickets are valid from 26 to 30 August.
Food
During the conference, coffee breaks (drinks and snacks) and lunches (three courses) will be offered daily to all live participants and registered accompanying persons. They are also invited to the cocktail (Monday evening) and the Conference Dinner (Thursday evening). All meals will be buffet-style. Please refer to the Timetable for the details.
The catering company offers regular, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free food at every meal, which will be specially indicated for your information.
Venue
The building will be opened daily, starting 30 minutes before the scheduled sessions, indicated in the Timetable
Catering is organized on floor -1 (underground).
Large Lecture Halls A & B, Medium Lecture Halls A & B, and Small Hall can be entered from floor 0 (ground floor). In addition, you can get to the Large Lecture Halls A & B from floor 1 and 2.
The entrances to Exhibition Rooms A & B, the Seminar Room, and the Conference Room are all located on floor 2.
The venue is moderately air-conditioned and equipped with stairs and two elevators.

The cloakroom will be available at all times to the participants' disposal.
Weather
Sunny weather and a temperature around 28 oC / 82 oF are forcasted. Short-term rain can be expected from time to time.
Currency
Polish currency is the Polish zloty (PLN).
You can exchange EUR, GBP, USD, JPY, and other popular currencies at KANTOR places distributed throughout the city center. The exchange rates should be close to the official rates the Polish National Bank (NBP) provides daily—the most updated exchange rates NBP can be found here.
