Registration Process
There are TWO steps to registration.
- First, please register for the conference here on indico.
- Second, pay your fee through the method below.
We are trying to cater for the various geographical constraints for participants who will have to bear the cost of bank fees depending on their country and banks. A direct bank transfer from Europe to Taiwan for example will incur approx. 30+ Euro fees and this cannot be estimated a priori. We strongly recommend you to pay through the credit card as linked below, which has a fixed/reasonable charges on us. If you have difficuties in credit card payment, please get contact with Connie Potter and LOC and we can find an alternative method for you.

NOTE: Your registration will be considered complete and approved only after you have completed BOTH steps and have paid for the registration fee. Afterwards, please allow for a couple of days to see your registration completed on this side.
Registration Fees
LHCP2025 registration fee includes: all coffee/refreshments breaks, the welcome reception, the lunch prior to the Wednesday excursion, the Wednesday excursion and the conference banquet.
- Regular Registration (by March 19): 16,500 TWD (=450 EUR+5% tax) per person, 12,800 TWD (=350 EUR+5% tax) per student
- Late Registration (after March 19): 19,300 TWD (=525 EUR+5% tax) standard, 14,800 TWD (=400 EUR+5% tax) student
Early fees: Participants must be registered and the fee must be paid before March 19. (otherwise their registration will be considered and priced as the late registration).
Accompanying Person Fee
The accompanying person fee will cover the welcome reception, lunch prior to the Wednesday excursion, the Wednesday excursion and the conference banquet.
- Regular Fee (by March 19): 5,500 TWD (=150 EUR+5% tax) per person
- Late Fee (after March 19): 6,500 TWD (=175 EUR+5% tax) per person
Accompanying persons who are 12 years of age and younger do not need to pay the accompanying person fee to join the reception, Wednesday excursion, banquet, and poster session.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are refundable up to April 5, 2025, minus a processing fee. After this date there will be no refunds.
Instructions for CERN Indico Account Creation
To create a CERN Indico account, click on the link "Create/Check your account" on the left in the CERN Authentication page, read and follow the instructions about creating a "CERN External Account" and then "Register a new account". Then you should come back to this conference page and log in with your new account.
