Information for Speakers
To ensure smooth operation during the conference and accessibility for all participants, please take note of the following guidelines:
Slide Upload – Required in Advance
We will be using a shared presentation laptop in each session room. All speakers are required to upload their presentation slides to the conference Indico page 24 hours in advance of their scheduled talk. You may also upload updates later if needed, but earlier is better.
Accessibility Considerations
We welcome physically challenged participants at LHCP 2025. In order to help the interpreters and accessibility services prepare:

We strongly encourage you to upload your slides as early as possible, even if they are in a draft form.

Clear and complete slides will greatly assist in preparing interpretation aids.

Information for Session Chairs
At least two helpers (our students) are assigned for each session, and they will help to download all of the slides to the shared laptop before the session. One of the helpers will handle clear signs with "5 mins", "3 mins", "0 mins" to help control the timing for you. Another helper will carry a couple of remote microphones for the question and answers.
In order to help closed captioning services:
- Please do not switch off the browsers running on the laptop -- they are responsible for transmitting the sound to the captioning servers.
- Please remember to pass the microphones for speakers and Q&A.
