The registration desk will be open at the NTU GIS Convention Center during the following hours:

Sunday, May 4th, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM – We highly encourage participants to register during this time to avoid Monday morning congestion. There will be soft drinks and simple snacks available at the registration desk to welcome you!

Monday, May 5th, from 8:30 AM and afterwards – For those arriving later, registration will also be available before the conference opening session and later on.
Please confirm at registration your attendance to the conference dinner and excursion. Note the participants are expected to use their complimentary bottle which they will receive at registration for water/coffee/drinks for the full conference week. There will be no plastic/paper cups available.
For those who need to register outside of the schedule times above, you may pick up your registration materials at a registration table we will maintain outside the Forum Auditoriun.
