LHCP2025 will host a poster session. The poster session will take place on May 6 (Tue.) 18:00-21:00.
The deadline for submission of abstracts for posters contributions is February 3rd, 2025. Notification of the acceptance of a poster contribution will be sent by e-mail on February 10th, 2025.
Besides posters from LHC collaborations, we encourage posters from other experiments, including from non-accelerator experiments, but carrying out research relevant for LHC particle physics, and from theorists.
Selected abstracts will be presented and discussed in the designated poster sessions. Posters will contribute to the proceedings. Prizes for the best posters will be awarded. Participants wishing to present posters with results from the experimental collaborations should check the procedure for submitting an abstract with their collaboration.
Requirements for Poster Presentations
Posters must be designed and printed in portrait mode (NOT landscape) and 3 feet x 4 feet (approximately A0 paper size). Please plan to print the poster and bring it with you to the conference.
The LHCP local organizing committee cannot help presenters with their poster printing. Poster presenters are advised to print their posters before traveling to Taipei.
