Workshop format and fee:
The workshop is primarily an in-person event, but remote participation via zoom will still be possible.
The fee for in-person participants is 150 CHF, which includes coffee breaks and the workshop dinner. Accommodation and lunches are not included in the fee and must be covered by the participants themselves.
Remote participants are not required to pay any fee.
Workshop venue:
The workshop will be held at CERN, Building 30, 7th floor (room 30/7-018, Kjell Johnsen Auditorium). The location of the auditorium on the CERN Meyrin site can be found under this link.
The walking distance from CERN entrance B is about 15 min (walking path from Entrance B to Building 30).
Workshop dinner:
The workshop dinner will be held on Thu January 16th 2025 in downtown Geneva. More details will be announced in due time on this website.
