In order to find you way around use https://maps.cern.ch. An elevator is available in Building 30 to reach the 7th floor.

Reaching Building 30 by CERN shuttle
Building 30 can be reached by shuttle bus from Entrance B or from the CERN Hostels/Restaurant 1 (CERN Shuttle Circuit 1). Please note that only a few shuttles are available in the morning and in the evening. The detailed shuttle schedule can be found under this link.
