The workshop dinner will be held on Thu January 16th 2025 at 7:30 PM in downtown Geneva (Cafe PAPON, Rue Henri-Fazy 1, 1204 Genève).
The restaurant can be reached from CERN by tram (line 18 - CERN is at the end of the line). The tram stop is in front of the CERN Meyrin site, near the Science Gateway. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket machine at the tram stop and are valid for 60 min (3 CHF).
Trams leave every 10-15 min. The tram ride to the old down takes approximately 30 min. It is recommended to take the tram at 6:50 PM or 6:59 PM.
In order to reach the restaurant, exit the tram at the station Place de Neuve, and walk up the Promenade de la Treille towards the old town. The restaurant is about 350 m from the tram station (5 min walk).
