Description
We show the work toward diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) for all members of the CMS Collaboration. We focus on the statistics prepared by the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) office to quantify the demographic membership of the Collaboration. We discuss limitations of the methodology, and also on the interpretation of the current statistical results. We also discuss our suggestions for improvements and some ideas toward HEP-wide standards of best DEIA practices.
