Description
FASER, the ForwArd Search ExpeRiment, has collected over 97% of the available data throughout LHC Run 3. From its highly-shielded location 480 m from the ATLAS IP along the beam collision axis, FASER is able to carry out world-leading and nearly background-free searches for a wide variety of new particles. In this talk we will give a full update of FASER’s latest analyses, highlighting BSM searches for dark photons, axion-like particles and related particles, as well as FASER’s first search for quirks, extending existing search sensitivities by an order of magnitude in mass.
