Description
Direct searches for vector-like quarks (VLQs) has set their lower mass limit to be above one TeV. I show that for large VLQ mass, the so-far overlooked one-loop Higgs exchange can have significant effects in flavour changing neutral current (FCNC) processes like rare B decays. I present the constrains on the non-unitarity parameter and VLQ mass using the latest data on B->Xs gamma, Bs->mu+ mu- and B->Xs mu+ mu- when a single down-type VLQ is added to the Standard Model. I also comment on B+->K+ nu bar nu anomaly in light of this constrained new physics scenario.
