Description
A theoretical review of a number of new and interesting effects in quark-gluon plasma will be provided. Particular attention will be paid to phenomena related to quantum anomalies and gravity, in particular those observed by the author's research team. According to current concepts, quark-gluon plasma is a medium subject to extremely strong external fields and possesses extreme vorticity and acceleration. This gives rise to various new non-dissipative and dissipative transport phenomena that are impossible to observe under ordinary conditions, illustrating the relationship between heavy-ion physics, hydrodynamics, quantum field theory, and black hole physics.
