Description
The large dataset of about 3 ab-1 that will be collected by ATLAS and CMS experiment each at the High Luminosity LHC (HL-LHC) will sharpen measurements in the Higgs sector to unprecedented precision providing important guidance to future colliders. This talk will present the prospects for Higgs and di-Higgs results with the ATLAS experiment at the HL-LHC. Extrapolation studies based on current analyses have been carried out to understand the expected precision and limitations of these measurements.
