ISMD 2026 will feature a poster session on Monday evening, August 17.
Posters should be prepared in A0 size. Only confirmed poster presenters who have received email confirmation will be eligible to present. Poster prizes will be awarded to the best posters.
Presenters are expected to bring their own printed posters to the conference. Please note that the ISMD 2026 Local Organizing Committee is not able to assist with poster printing.
Posters will remain on display at the symposium venue throughout the meeting. In addition, each poster presenter will be scheduled to give a 5-minute flash talk during one of the plenary sessions.
The electronic version of your poster must be uploaded to Indico by Sunday, August 16, 12:00 noon (Taiwan time).
To upload your poster, please log in to the ISMD 2026 Indico site using the email address you used for registration, and then click “My Contributions.”
Important: Posters that are not uploaded by the deadline will not be eligible for the Poster Award.
If carrying an A0 poster is difficult, one practical option is to print it on soft fabric. This allows the poster to be folded and packed in a suitcase, making it much easier to travel with.
