Excursions on Wednesday afternoon

Wednesday afternoon has no scheduled talks from 12:00. Three official excursions are organized free of charge and inscription should be done in the registration form. Each event (below) starts at approximately 14h and finishes before 17h. Please ensure that you sign up for ONLY one of the activities below on your registration form:

In addition to the official excursions, Lund and the area around it offers many possibilities for private visits. A lot of information is available at the official tourist webpages for Lund and Copenhagen.
Below we list some of the favourite recommendations of the local organizers.

Banquet on Friday evening

Before the conference banquet, an aperitif will be organized in the garden outside AF Borgen. The conference banquet will be held in the historical setting of AF Borgen, in the Stora Salen where the plenaries are held. The menu will consist of local dishes with an international twist. Be ready to join us on the Swedish traditions during the meal! Special menus will be provided as requested when participants have registered to the conference. After the dinner, there will be musical entertainment and a bar that is open for the conference guests.
