Conference fees:
The conference fee is 230,00 Euro. The deadline for registration is 31.08.2018. The fee includes access to the conference sessions and material and the excursion on Wednesday. It does not include accommodation costs, meals and coffee breaks which are included in the conference package of the hotel.

Please note that it is not possible to pay the conference fee directly at the conference.
Accommodation:
A number of rooms had been reserved until 30.07.2018 at a rate of 1.049,00 Euro (single room) and 849,00 Euros (double room, per person) including meals. This reservation deadline has now passed and the Steigenberger hotel is fully booked (specifically on September 18 and 19). Late registrants have to look for rooms in adjacent hotels. Please use your favorite reservation platform.
Thanks to special funding which we received from the German Research Association (DFG) to support the workshop, we were able to make a deposit of 215,70 Euro for participants holding a PhD degree AND staying at the Steigenberger hotel. The invoice of these beneficiaries will be reduced by the mentioned amount. According to the DFG rules, the funds can be spent only for people with a PhD.
Accommodation costs and costs for meals are to be payed directly at the Steigenberger hotel at departure.
Accompanying persons:
Accompanying persons can also attend the excursion for a reduced conference fee of 125,00 Euro.
