Registration
Registration for the RD51 Collaboration Meeting consists of two steps:
Step 1: fill the online registration form (see indico page menu);
Registration deadline: 03.06.2018
Step 2: after arrival at the conference venue, please visit the registration desk.
There you can pay the Conference Fee (see below).
Conference fee
The conference fee is 110 EUR and includes:
- Attendance of all conference and workshop sessions
- Welcome drink
- Coffee breaks
- Events included in the social program
- Conference dinner
The conference fee for each accompanying person is 135 EUR and includes:
- Welcome drink
- Events included in the social program
- Conference dinner
Please state the number of the accompanying persons in the registration form.
We will appreciate payments in cash at the registration desk.
A confirmation of the payment will be provided.
We are glad to waive the conference fee for Bachelor and Master students attending the conference. Please specify in the online registration form your status. If you are eligible for the conference fee waiver program, we kindly ask you to upload a confirmation of your student status (actual student ID or a letter from your mentor).
