The poster session and reception will take place during the evening of Thurs Aug 1 (6:30-9:00PM) in the Curry Student Center ballroom on the Northeastern campus. The reception will include a light dinner and refreshments.
All attendees will be required to present their poster reception ticket (provided in your registration materials, which you will receive upon arrival.)
Poster preparation:
Posters will be displayed on boards that are 4 feet (vertical) x 8 feet (horizontal). There are no requirements on the size or orientation of the posters, as long as they fit on the 4 ft x 8 ft boards. You will be able to set up your poster at 5:30PM on Thursday, and will receive a specific easel location when you check in Curry Student Center ballroom that afternoon.
Poster competition:
There will be a poster competition, to be judged by senior scientists attending the conference. Awards for the poster competition will be announced during the closing plenary session on Fri Aug 2.
Travel grants are available for students who present talks or posters.
