This information is for conference attendees that booked to stay in the dorms.
- Check In: Sunday, July 28th and Monday, July 29th from 4pm-9pm
- Check Out: Before Saturday, August 3rd at 9:00pm
- Accommodations: Semi-Private Singles
The residence hall your participants will be staying in is International Village located at 1155 Tremont St., Boston, MA 02120.
Check In Procedures: When participants arrive to campus to International Village residence hall, please enter in the lobby area, where a Conference Assistant will be available to check participants into their space and answer any questions (please remember to have participants bring a photo ID). Should anyone arrive after 9:00pm, or if there is not a Conference Assistant available please ask the proctor to alert the Conference Assistant on duty of their arrival, and they will assist them with check in.
Check Out Procedures: When participants prepare to check out, please drop your key in the check-out box located to the right of the door before they exit the lobby to avoid a $25.00 lost card fee.
Linen Accommodation: Please note that all guests will arrive to a bed made with a fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow, pillow case and light blanket. Also included are two towels, a hand towel and a wash cloth. We will have a small bag of toiletries available upon request when you check in the lobby area.
