Information for presenters
All presenters are asked to note that ISMD is a conference for many different physics areas, brought together by a common interest in the nature and effects of strong-force interactions. As such, please aim for your talk or poster to be initially accessible to as wide an audience as possible, within the ISMD scope -- it's of course to go into fine, expert detail later on, but our raison d'etre is substantially to encourage discussions and exchanges between communities, and your presention should support that aim.
Talks
Please check the length and agreed content of your talk with your assigned track's conveners. All talk slides should be uploaded to the Indico system well in advance of your session, so the session chairs have time to download and check their functioning before the presentations begin.
Posters
Poster presenters are asked to print their poster in advance, on A1 (594 x 841 mm) or A0 (841 x 1188 mm) paper, and also to upload it in PDF format as a contribution on the Indico system for viewing by remote attendees.
