Accommodation is not included in the conference fee.
If you would like to enjoy a longer stay in The Netherlands we advise you to extend your stay after the conference and not before because in the week before the conference a NATO-summit takes place in the nearby city of The Hague from June 24th to June 26th.
We recommend the participants to book accommodation via:

HotelService has negotiated prices for us. They offer accommodation for individuals and groups from the 29th of June until the 5th of July and also the payment thereof.
Would you like to check-in or out on dates outside the above range, or need more rooms than available? To arrange that, you will find a contact form during the booking process just under the selection of dates.
Please note: There is no other person or Agency authorized by the organizing committee to make hotel bookings for the conference participation. Therefore, ignore any other offer regarding conference registration and hotel reservation.
If you are looking for cheaper accommodation you would have to look further away. You may want to try one of the following locations.
Beach chalet, Katwijk beach
Has a limited number of chalets that sleep up to 4 people. Has a good bus connection to the venue (20 minutes) or you can rent a bike and cycle to the venue in about 30 minutes.
