The international GIREP-EPEC conference on physics education is organized by the GIREP annually, this year at Leiden University and locally organized by the institutes LION, ICLON, STRW & ONZ.
This event will be attended by over 250 people from all over the world. Amongst the registered participants are PhD students, teachers at every level of education, and researchers in the field of physics education.
On Monday afternoon and on Tuesday around lunchtime we will combine a sponsor market with the poster part of the conference.
We are pleased to invite you to participate in this interesting event in one of the following ways.
1. Sponsor one of the eight participants who need financial support to attend the conference
Fee: from € 250
○ € 290,- (PhD-)student/primary school teacher/high school teacher
○ € 580,- regular participant

3. Your logo published on screen at GIREP-EPEC 2025 (sponsor moments)

Your company will be mentioned in the opening and closing ceremony
4. Advertising in the program booklet for all participants

5. Participating in the market: a market booth
Fee: from € 350
You can use this booth to demonstrate your products or, for example, to promote job opportunities at your company or institute.
Costs:
○ € 100 per table and chairs, plus
○ € 150 per person (only for persons that have not already registered for the conference)
Costs include a table (approx. 140 x 75 cm.), 2 chairs, electricity, internet, coffee/tea, and warm lunch.
6. Add something to the goodie bag
Fee: free
