The ISMD Conference series is governed by the Board of Elders (BoE), the body of the former organizers of the ISMD conference series. In 2023, the secretary of the Board of Elders is S. Kluth (Munich).
The International Advisory Committee (IAC) is a body to advise the chair of ISMD 2023. its members are invited by the chair of the local organizing committee.
The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) is responsible for the logistics, registration, the organization and the scientific quality of the meeting. The chair of ISMD 2023 is T. Csörgő (Budapest and Gyöngyös), he is assisted in international communication by the scientific secretary M. Csanád (Budapest) and in the local organization tasks his deputy is his co-chair T. Novák (Gyöngyös)
The Regional Advisory Committee (RAC) works similarly to the International Advisory Committee but in additon to advise the chair, the members of this committee also help the Chair to increase the regional impact of ISMD in the nearby countries.
