Registration fees
All participants must pay the applicable registration fees, including workshop speakers, paper presenters, students and workshop committee members. Post-doctoral students and fellows should register as regular participants.
On-line registration will be closed at 24:00 CET on 2 June 2017.
- Student rate: 375 CHF
- Full Delegate Early (by 24:00 CET on 14 April 2017): 475 CHF
- Full Delegate Late (15 April or later): 575 CHF
Note: If you plan to place the registration payment by bank transfer, your payment should be completed by 28 April 2017 in order to benefit from early registration fee.
Registration Includes
- Welcome reception
- Workshop dinner (21 June 2017 - additional tickets @ 110 CHF)
- Coffee breaks
- 4 lunches
- CERN tour (including lunchbox) (23 June 2017 - additional tickets @ 20 CHF)
Accompanying persons can join the workshop dinner and CERN tour if tickets are purchased at the time of registration.

Cancellation policy
Request for cancellation must be in writing via email and are subject to the following schedule:
• Received by 24:00 CET on 9 June 2017: Full refund less 25 CHF administrative fee.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.
Substitution policy
Substitutions are permitted at no additional fee. To request a substitution please include the name of the person who you would like to transfer your registration to and their email address in your written request to erl17@cern.ch by 9 June 2017.
