The European Physical Journal Web of Conferences is an open access journal: http://www.epj-conferences.org

Deadline for submission  15 November 2016.

Detailed instructions

The guidelines for the papers and the templates can be found here

Use of Latex template is strongly encouraged. If you plan to use MsWord - please submit your paper far before the deadline.

The articles must be in 1-column style. The short name of the conference to be used inside the papers in the top of the page must be "CONF12". Name of the journal - "EPJ Web of Conferences".

Please make sure to read the guidelines in the EPJ webpage. In particular before submitting print-ready PDF files, please check the quality of the final PDF documents at http://pdf-analyser.edpsciences.org/. Figures must have resolution at least 150 dpi and the fonts must be embedded. Please add "On behalf of the ... Collaboration" after your name, if you present a talk from collaboration.

The recommended number of pages of the papers is 4-6 pages for posters, 8-10 pages for parallel talks and 10-12 pages for plenary talks. If you need some more pages this is also possible.

Your article LaTeX sources (with style files, figures) should be put in one directory, named as your full name, with the surname first and in capital, for example:

         CRAMER_John_CONF12

The PDF should be named also as your full name and included into the directory:

          CRAMER_John_CONF12.pdf

You must also fill and attach signed and scanned license agreement form, which can be downloaded here:

          CRAMER_John_license_CONF12.pdf

This directory should be compressed and send to:

         conf12.gr@cern.ch

Articles will be refereed, however the authors are expected to do a very careful English check of their text. Please also make sure that the figures are before the references.

The authors should not add any page number on their articles. EPJ Web of Conferences has article numbers instead of page numbers. EPJ will add all the appropriate information like the article number on the PDF after receiving the PDF files of the paper contributions.
