8th BGC Collaboration Meeting at CERN
The aims of the meeting are to:
- Sum up the advancements since the last BGC collaboration meeting
- installation in the LHC tunnel
- Cockcroft Institute tests made
- Electron Beam Test Stand installation
- final V4 BGC instrument
- HEL design - Define the experimental programme of the BGC on the EBTS and LHC distributed gas tests
- Review status of the collaboration, publication, manpower, and budget planning
- Prepare for an LHC operational instrument installation
- Agree on the priorities of the V4 development
- Discuss alternative gases and pumps
