Description

The aims of the meeting are to:

Sum up the advancements since the last BGC collaboration meeting
- installation in the LHC tunnel
- Cockcroft Institute tests made
- Electron Beam Test Stand installation
- final V4 BGC instrument
- HEL design
Define the experimental programme of the BGC on the EBTS and LHC distributed gas tests
Review status of the collaboration, publication, manpower, and budget planning
Prepare for an LHC operational instrument installation
Agree on the priorities of the V4 development
Discuss alternative gases and pumps
