Description

The Zurich Phenomenology Workshop has been organised for the first time by ETH and the University of Zurich in 2009.

The next years will be a crucial period for collider-based particle physics. The high-luminosity run of the LHC will provide a multitude of precision measurements that challenge the Standard Model of particle physics at an unprecedented level, and allow to search for rare processes. At the same time, important decisions on future large-scale projects at CERN will be upcoming, with the proposed Future Circular Collider (FCC) as a multi-decade flagship program. The ZPW 2024 will provide a forum for discussions on the status and future perspectives of collider phenomenology, precision calculations, beyond-Standard-Model physics, and their implications for future collider programs. It will bring together leading researchers from experimental and theoretical particle physics.

You can find further information on the location of the event, confirmed speakers and accommodation options in Zurich at https://www.physik.uzh.ch/events/ZPW2024
