Technical Meeting on Vacuum for HL-LHC

Purpose:
The objective of this meeting is to define the requests and interfaces with the Vacuum Surfaces and Coatings Group (VSC) from the other groups for the Hi-Lumi project. The outcome of this meeting will help WP12 write a functional interface specification for all involved groups, and highlight any items on the critical path and/or potential show stoppers.

It is proposed to ask to each HL-LHC Work Package:
- A brief overview of their system
- A status of their system
- A description of issues related to vacuum with calendar, possibly including material milestones
