The meeting will be in person, with the possibility to join remotely.

Venues:

  • Transport to Jodrell Bank Observatory on Wednesday will be provided by the local organisers - pickup will be at 08:30 close the Alan Turing Building

 

VISA and ETA

  • The UK is transitioning to requiring Electronic Travel Authorisations (ETAs) for most visitors who do not require visas. Details of who needs and ETA and can apply - and how to apply - are available here:
    • https://www.gov.uk/guidance/check-when-you-can-get-an-electronic-travel-authorisation-eta 
  • This mostly affects people from the US for this meeting. (Visitors from the EU/EEA etc will not need ETAs until April 2025.)
