Description

Registration fee

We are charging a small registration fee of £50 to help make the meeting more comfortable. This will serve as a contribution towards the local costs of accommodation, coffee breaks, breakfasts and lunches. Please make your payment by credit card as soon as possible at the payment page.

Travel

See this web page. If coming by train, do not go to Warwick station. Coventry is the nearest train station, and you can easily get a bus or taxi from there to campus.station

Accommodation

Those who requested accommodation are staying in Arden House. Breakfast and dinner will also be in the same place. For people arriving on Sunday, or staying Wednesday night, note that dinners are not included for those nights. Free parking is available at Arden and it is recommended that anyone driving drops their car there and then walks across to the meeting room.

Meeting room

The meetings will be held in P5.21, on the fifth (top) floor of the Physics Department of the University of Warwick, which can be found on the campus map.

Eduroam is available across campus. There is also a Warwick guest network that can be accessed following registration.
