Overview of the Meeting Arrangements

Emmanuel College, founded in 1584, is part of the University of Cambridge. It is located in a large gardens in the heart of Cambridge. The meeting and accommodation (details given on another page) will take place on site. On the first day, the meeting will take place in the Upper Hall. On Thursday and Friday we will move to the Queen's building lecture theatre.
The meeting dinner will take place in the College Dining Hall on Thursday evening. There will also be a wine tasting reception on the evening of the 22nd in the Old Library.
There will be a registration fee to cover the costs of room hire and coffee. The exact amount will be fixed nearer the time but is likely to be between £30-£50. The cost of dinner will be approximately £30 which includes wine and (of course) port. Both the registration fee and cost of the dinner will need to be paid on arrival.
The only thing you can predict about the weather in Cambridge at this time of years is that it is likely to surprise. Anticipate a combination of sunshine and rain.
