With new experimental facilities like LHCb, NA62 or Belle II starting service over the past decade we have seen many new results confirming the Standard Model at high precision. The picture, however, isn’t perfect: A number of intriguing flavour anomalies, i.e. tensions between experimental findings and the theoretical framework underpinning flavour physics, are causing a lot of excitement. The next decade could be decisive in shedding light on the origin of these anomalies. There are a number of conentious issues in both the experimental data and the theoretical understanding of the involved decay processes, that need to be addressed first. At Flavour@TH 2023, experts in flavour physics, lattice QCD and experiment will gather at CERN to discuss contentious or yet-unresolved issues related to the flavour anomalies.
