LHCb Upgrade II Tracking Workshop
Hotel Hilton Evian les Bains
Evian-Les-Bains
This workshop is dedicated to brainstorm and discussion sessions about the future tracking system of the LHCb Upgrade II. We would like to invite all those interested collaborators to come to Evian-les-Bains (France) and join these lively discussions. The program includes scoping document scenarios, physics constraints, layout brainstorming and evaluation.
The workshop is planned to start with a reception coffee at 2H30 pm on Wednesday 6th of March and continue until 5 pm on Thursday the 7th. A complete timetable is being prepared and the sessions defined in the timetable section.
The venue is the Hotel Hilton Evian-les-Bains, and the registration fee includes accommodation, breakfast, conference dinner on the first evening and lunch on the second day as well as conference facilities, fast wifi, and coffee breaks. For accompanying persons in the same room not attending the conference there is a supplement of 20 Euro. Evian-les-Bains is reachable in a 67 minute train ride from Cornavin, with trains departing roughly every hour with one way tickets approximately 8 Euro (second class) and 11 Euro (first class).
