• The performance across the complex in 2012 will be briefly summarized section by section and any cross island issues raised for discussion.
• The planned visitor centre in the CCC building is presented.
• The plans for 2012 are discussed and an outline of the plans for the long 2013/2014 shutdown are presented, in particular the main activities foreseen for the LHC.
• The flexibility of the complex is increasingly under demand and the issues of super cycle management are presented for discussion.
