Description
The conference will concentrate on semiconductor detectors issues relevant to applications in accelerator and space research. Topics include: - large semiconductor systems for calorimetry and tracking applications; - radiation damage measurements and modeling; - radiation hardness of semiconductor detectors; - new detectors type and electronics systems.
