Explaining the observed pattern of quark and lepton masses is one most fascinating open puzzles in fundamental physics. At the same time, precision flavour physics represents a unique opportunity to detect clues of physics beyond the Standard Model and a key constraint for model building.
This workshop will bring together researchers working in flavour physics and, more generally, physics beyond the Standard Model, to discuss recent results, new model-building ideas, and their impact in view of future experiments. A significant fraction of the workshop will also be devoted to discuss the interplay of the flavour puzzles with other open problems of the Standard Model.
