Description

The Romanian High-School Students Internship Programme 2024 (HSSIP – RO) takes place at CERN (Geneva, Switzerland) from 2 to 15 June 2024.

This programme is a unique opportunity for high-school students from Romania, a CERN Member State, to be introduced to CERN, its technologies and physics, as well as to learn through workshops and by shadowing, observing, and interacting with a member of personnel.

The programme brings together 24 high-school students, along with some of the best teachers and researchers in particle physics, to create an intensive two-week-long learning experience in an open and interactive environment. Students will also engage in group projects and will have the opportunity to present their experiences within the two weeks.
