Plenary sessions will be held on Tuesday morning and Wednesday afternoon.

Most of the time will be devoted to parallel working group meetings, providing an overview of ongoing activities and future plans.
The structure of the parallel sessions and their conveners are:

Physics + Analysis + Software tools:
- Strahinja Lukic (Vinca Belgrade)
- Philipp Roloff (CERN)

Vertex + Forward Tracking:
- Dominik Dannheim (CERN)
- Alberto Ruiz (Spanish LC network)

ECAL Hardware + ECAL Optimisation:
- Erik van der Kraaij (Bergen Univ.)
- Andre Sailer (CERN)

HCAL + FCAL:
- Frank Simon (MPI Munich)
- Leszek Zawiejski (IFJ PAN Cracow)

A CLICdp Institute Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday.

A common dinner will be organized on Tuesday evening.
