Description
Remarkable progress has been made in 2013 in the understanding of the performance of the LHC Injectors, in the refinement of the necessary upgrades and in the development of equipment. This allowed for very constructive contributions to the “Review of the LHC and Injectors Upgrade Plans” that took place in October 2013 and led to a revised schedule of the whole accelerator complex. The goal of LIU 2014 is to present highlights of such LIU-related achievements in 2013 and to summarize our future objectives. The meeting will end with a social event to celebrate your success!
