Submission deadline
**Abstract submission for talks has been closed on February 29 and the submission for poster finished on March 22nd.
Parallel session talks and poster session contributions are collected using abstract submission. All contributions to ICHEP2024 are managed using this INDICO system at CERN. Abstracts will be accepted or rejected by April 7th, 2024.
Please note that the conference is run in in-person format only.
Notice:
Registration to the conference and abstract submission are two independent actions. To register, use the Registration link. To submit an abstract, please follow the instructions below. All speakers and poster presenters have to be registered.
Instructions for abstract submission:
To submit an abstract for a parallel session or a poster, click the ‘Submit a new abstract’ button below. The ‘CERN Authentication’ page will appear on the screen.
If you already have an INDICO account at CERN (e.g. from past conferences), log in with your Username or Email Address and Password.
If you do not have an INDICO account at CERN, you must create one: click on the ‘External email - Guest access’ button. Other options to create the INDICO account, e.g., registering with your social media accounts, are also available. Follow the account registration process. After creating the account, return to this conference page and log in with your new account.
Once logged in, you should fill out the abstract details following the instructions in the abstract submission form.
