The proceedings of ICHEP2024 will be published in electronic format by PoS (Proceedings of Science, the open-access online journal organized by SISSA, the International School for Advanced Studies based in Trieste (https://pos.sissa.it).
The emails with the submission invitation were sent on August 13 and 14, 2024 to all people with the "Speaker" role. The subject of the email was "[PoS] ICHEP2024: invitation to submit" and the sender was "pos-eo@pos.sissa.it". If you can't find the email please check your spam folder. If you believe you didn't receive the email or if the "Speaker" of your contribution is incorrect, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Scientific Secretariat of ICHEP2024 (sci@ichep2024.org).
As PoS authors, you are requested to submit a PDF file, and you are free to produce it in your preferred way. Please note the paper format must be A4 and not US letter so that the green PoS logo on the title page does not appear partly cut off. The template can be found at https://pos.sissa.it/cgi-bin/reader/fp.cgi?preid=476&q=tmpl.
Note that you may need to login to the PoS system first, otherwise you'll get an error "You cannot read this file now". If you see this error even after login, make sure you used the correct account ( = the one where you got your invitation). If you'd like to change your author account, e.g. because you want to have all your contribution under the same account, please contact us.
When using the template, the first page will contain the title, name and institute of the author(s), abstract, and the conference footer. Your text will start on the second page. See the invitation email for further details.
The proceedings will be reviewed by one of the convenors of your track.
The page limits are:
Plenary talk: 10 pages, including the title and reference pages.
Parallel talk: 6 pages, including the title and reference pages.
Posters: 3 pages, including the title and reference pages.
The submission deadline is October 21st September 30th, 2024.

Please ensure that proceedings are clearly written, free from grammatical errors, and properly formatted. Ensure the A4 layout is used. Make sure that the contribution adhere to the specified page limit.
