Accommodation in dorm “17. listopadu”
Transportation
The dorm is accessible by bus from the metro station “Nádraží Holešovice”. The station has two exits, one of which is the southern exit, which leads directly to the city bus stop. Use lines 187 or 201 to get to the dorm.
Line 187 is preferred since it stops directly in front of the dorm. The bus stop is called “Pelc Tyrolka.” The last service runs at 22:00.
Line 201 stops at a nearby stop called “Kuchyňka.” It’s about a 5-minute walk to the dorm under the highway overpass. The last service runs at 23:25.
After midnight, the stop “Kuchyňka” is serviced by night busses 905 and 911.

Check-in
Check-in takes place at the dorm reception from 12:00 to 24:00 each day. You are required to fill out the Registration Card (download here). Please fill it out beforehand to speed up the check-in process. Your name will be checked against the list of people who signed up for the dorm accommodation during the ICHEP registration.
Accommodation
The dorm offers single (or double) rooms with a shared bathroom and kitchen. Two rooms always share a single bathroom. Your room will be assigned to you upon arrival.
Check-out
You need to check out before 10:00 on the day of departure. The conference organisers handle payment, so no payment is required from your side.
