Description
The Muon g-2 collaboration consists of approximately 200 members with a variety of backgrounds: different scientific research disciplines, home institutions, countries of origin, and career stages. The scientific mission of the collaboration is to measure the anomalous magnetic moment of the muon with unprecedented precision. To perform such measurements every day, we face complex problems that we aim to solve efficiently using our resources. A diverse collaboration with a variety of backgrounds helps us to come up with effective solutions for these complex problems. This talk will summarize the organization's structures and the ED&I activities that the collaboration has put in place to build and maintain an inclusive and equitable work environment.
