Workshop Charge: 1. Down-select a crab-cavity design from the proposed concepts and advance the cryomodule design 2. Review the beam simulation results and operational procedures for prototype tests 3. Establish a strategy for a full crab crossing scheme for the phase-II upgrade of the LHC
