The 13th Zimányi Winter School on Heavy Ion Physics is held at the Wigner Research Center for Physics of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, and partly at the Eötvös University, during December 2 - 6, 2013.
The School aims to summarize the developments of 2013 in high energy heavy ion physics, with particular attention to the new data emerging from the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC) and the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), as well as J-PARC. We will discuss results from other high energy nuclear and particle physics facilities of the world, as well as important new results in hydrodynamics, flow and femtoscopy. One of the main aims of the School is to encourage interaction between the theoretical and experimental community. The School is organized such that students are particularly encouraged to participate (their fee is also waived). See more details on the web page of the school: http://zimanyischool.kfki.hu/13
