Welcome to Antwerp!

The 40^th (XL) edition of the International Symposium on Multiparticle Dynamics will be held in Antwerp (Belgium), on the grounds of the University's 16^th century city campus.

The symposium, consisting of all plenary talks, covers new and topical subjects related to multiparticle dynamics as observed in elementary particle and heavy ion collision and in cosmic ray showers. Previous editions of this symposium were held in Gomel (2009), Hamburg (2008), Berkeley (2007), Rio de Janeiro (2006), Kroměříž (2005), and other locations.

On monday, September 20th (the day before the start of ISMD2010), the University of Antwerp organises a Colloquium in honour of the retirement of Prof. Dr. Eddi De Wolf. For more information and to register for this Colloquium, please go to www.ua.ac.be/eddi.
